All vegetables are good for you, but some have low calories and others have relatively higher calories. When you’re trying to maintain a calorie deficit to lose weight, it is good to know your peas from your broccoli. In classic calcount form, we took a walk through the veggie aisle at Woolies and ranked what we found, from lowest calories to highest!

Low Calorie Vegetables
These vegetables are low in calories, any which way you slice them or dice them. They have a high water to volume ratio and lots of fibre:

The strong takeaway from this list of vegetables ranked from lowest calories to highest calories is that, when you are counting your calories, veggies are your friend!
