Fill out the water section to record your hydration levels. Give a yes/no answer to record whether or not you stuck to plan. You can also upload a photo to record your appearance over time. See your photos in the “Photos” section.
Record your weight regularly to monitor your progress. If possible, weigh yourself at the same time of the day to reduce the weight fluctuations caused by body water changes.
It is a good idea to also record your body measurements with a tape measure. Measurements can show how “toned” you are becoming as muscle replaces fat.
